Remote access issue with ISP Eolo

Hi! I have an issue with remote access. I read the documentation and i tried to set up my modem but the remote access does not work.
The green check remain only for few second…

I use Plex server 1.40.5.8854 on Synology DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 6.
My modem support UPnP and i have only one modem linked at my NAS with ethernet cable.

The test is misleading. It STARTS green regardless of if remote access works or not, then it either STAYS green or switches to red. I recommend using an external port checking web site instead, but if you use Plex’s test you must wait for the test to be complete.
