Remote access issue

Hi.

I’ve been running Plex server for about half a year, it was working flawlessly and was remotely accessible from several locations.

Last week the PC containing the server (windows 10) was moved to another location. Since then, smart TVs can’t connect to the server. I’ve got one Android tv on the very local network and the other smart tv on remote wifi network.

The server is regularly remotely accessible with a Android phone! TVs, absolutely not.

I’ve configured routers, there’s no double Nat. Fixed local ip to the server. Tracenet outputs first line of local address and the second is public IP or something else. Upnp enabled, router sees Plex server with a upnp configuration and port 27732. Port checker confirms an open port. I’ve tried manually seeing the port and forwarding it, no change for server availability.

Firewalls off on all networks, windows firewall off, disabled third apps and routers antivirus software with their firewalls.

No luck. Phone access works pretty good.

I’m out of ideas and would really like some help.

Best regards,

Stefan

Additional information:

On server’s PC, in settings, remote access seems to be working fine and it states the server is accessible.

I’ve even put the address of the server on DMZ routers settings.

As for network equipment - I’ve got a modem router dreaded combination and deco m5 mesh network with three nodes.

Deco is currently setup in access point mode. DHCP is being done on the modem/router.
