Remote Access issues on iOS and AppleTV

I’m having an issue where my Apple devices won’t directly connect remotely to my Plex server. Only over relay. From what I can tell, the issue arose when my LetEncrypt certs renewed on Dec. 8. I’m able to access my server when I’m connected over 5G rather than WiFi on the iOS app (or over WiFi on any browser and my Windows PC). All of my users using Android TVs or LG TVs can access as well.

Can you look into any cert issues that may be arising? I’ve spent hours trying to figure this out.
