Remote access keeps dropping out

my remote access keeps changing to disabled. i go in an disable and then re enable and it goes green for about 15 seconds and then drops off again back to red. Any ideas on how to fix this please?

Of late there seems to be an issue of showing being dropped out when it actually isn’t.
Next time it happens try going to
https://canyouseeme.org/ And see if it actually is still accessible.

Have static IP and port forwarding set up?

same problem here.
static ip, port forwarded.
get green for 10 secs… and then off.
checked port at site… failed.
