Not accessible outside my network.

Lately I’ve had to keep disabling and re-enabling remote access to my server. I change nothing else. Port is forwarded on my router, allowed through Windows Firewall, and usually it works fine. But recently it keeps dropping, and the only thing I can do to fix it (for a very short time) is disable and enable again. Then it works again… for an hour. Sometimes less, sometimes more. Any ideas?
