Hey guys and girl , so a couple of updates ago i started having problems with the remote access dropping out all the time and when i try to reconnect it it take a good couple of tries , this is happening every day , i have tried all the online searches and suggestions but nothing seems to work , am wondering if the team at plex are aware of this and are they working to fix the problem .
I’ve been having this problem about two weeks. I called my isp and they ran a check on my line and said it was really noisy. My router is also logging alot of packet loss. I’m waiting for a tech to come Thursday to resolve it. Might try making a call to rule that out.
I have been have the same issue for weeks. I have Tautulli setup with notifications so I see every time it loses remote connection. Som times it’s once a day some times it’s several times. Some times it’s less than an minute and up to 8 minutes it’s down.
Yes same with me ,mind is dropping out several times a day tis to the stage that i have to open plex try a few times to reconnect the remote access and when it does connect i have to leave the page open to get it to stay connected .
