I’m having trouble with my server not being accessible outside my network. I recently purchased a new modem router and have 2 computers connected via Ethernet. I used to have the PC connected to my plex server via WiFi and never had any issues. Now that I’ve opted to connect it via Ethernet I am getting this error. Is there some sort of setting that I must tweak to allow this to function always? If I disable and reenable remote access, sometimes it will work as long as I’m accessing it. If it goes idle, it’ll not be accessible anymore. I really hope someone can help me resolve the issue as I would prefer to have this PC connected via Ethernet. Thank you so much in advance.
