Remote access not quite working anymore since the recent update of plex

Issues with remote access not quite working. If I click retry on the network settings it will say its working for a few seconds then revert to “not available outside your network.” The private has a green arrow but public ends up with a red “X” by the internet side.

Been working flawless before … Any clue what could be wrong ?
