Remote access not working after move

hi everyone! i moved recently and switched to verizon fios, everything was working with remote access at first until a couple of friends of mine told me they weren’t able to watch anything without it buffering or running into a disconnect screen. then i would see the ‘‘not fully accessible outside of your network’’ go off every 10 minutes after retrying the connection. i have assumed this is a port issue, and i fear i am brand new to this and am trying to wrap my brain around my router settings and the settings i have in plex. will post some screens of the port settings that i have used! please tell me if i have anything wrong!

im guessing the port it automatically assigned to is 20183

I have the exact same issue since last night. It just keeps disconnecting for no reason but worked for years until a few hours ago.

Solved for me by manually setting an external port (used the last auto assigned one) and added a port forwarding to my router. Then I had to restart my Modem and router. After that everything works as normal. Maybe that helps.
