Dear Plex users
Keep in mind, I own a 4TB Seagate Personal Cloud n090103
When I try to connect the remote feature it goes online sometimes for a couple seconds and then it goes down, I already port-forwarded it, trying different external ports as well as the 32400…
The problem seems to be between Plex and the cloud, as it is stated in the photo below.
Is there something else to tweak that I should consider?
