Unable to set up Plex on My Cloud

After clicking on configure button to install Plex from MyCloud keep getting this message

prod-e264d01a6dc993d.wdckeystone.com is currently unable to handle this request.

Do I need to uninstall/reinstall MyCloud ?

Try to access the Plex Media Server using the local IP address of your MyCloud.

Have been able to get back into Plex from MYCloud.
Still having same issue as before no remote access.
Have tried to manually setup port.
Still same response, Plex states the server (MYCloud) is there but no access. (See screen shot)
