Try to access the Plex Media Server using the local IP address of your MyCloud.

Have been able to get back into Plex from MYCloud.
Still having same issue as before no remote access.
Have tried to manually setup port.
Still same response, Plex states the server (MYCloud) is there but no access. (See screen shot)
There’s a lot of components involved when it comes to remote access.
