My friends PMS had the same issue after the most recent public release update. I tried the normal stuff like toggling on and off the enable remote access and didn’t work. What worked was shutting the server down and restarting it for him. Then it stayed on the green padlock.

Unfortunately that hasn’t worked either. It is such a strange issue. How easy is it to re-install PLex?

I’m having a similar issue. In my setup, Plex remote access goes down for a few minutes every 12 hours, but comes back automatically (monitoring this via Tautulli notifications). The issue started recently (within last 2 weeks or so).

Yes I would disable ipv6. Reboot everything after saved and see what happens.
