So I have Plex Media Server set up on a NAS, I have an EERO modem/router. Under Settings/Remote Access I’m getting the message “Not available outside your network. your server is signed into Plex but is not reachable outside your network”. I’ve tried everything. I’ve toggled my UPnP from on to off. I’m on IPv4. I’ve disabled my Avast firewall. I’ve restarted my NAS and my EERO. My media server is up to date as is my NAS. I’m not too smart when it comes to this stuff but I’m trying my best. Right now though I have no idea whats going on. I can’t remember when this happened in the first place either.
I’ve been having the same issue, however I’m running Plex on a Windows 10 PC. I’m also utilizing Eero for my network. Use to work fine, but recently I cannot get remote access to work no matter what I try. Not sure if it’s a Plex update, or something to do with my Eero system. Surely others have Eero as well.
Let me know if you find any solutions. I installed Plex on a separate machine and still cannot get remote access to work.
Edit: I’ve even done manual port and opened the port in the Eero software. Still does not work.
As an update - I ran some firmware updates on my Eero and it appears to be working. You may want to check on updates in the Eero app.
