I get this message…
“Not available outside your network
Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network.”
I’m currently using a C7000 Netgear Nighthawk and do have UpNp toggled on yet I cannot access outside my network. I try accessing via my iPhone and nothing. I’m using ESET as my internet security and turned off the firewall temporarily and nothing. I cannot set up port-forwarding either due to a sonicwall that I’m using in order to access a VM now that I’m working from home. Regardless this error happened even when I did have port-forwarding set up without the sonicwall. I’ve logged out and logged back in. I’ve toggled off UpNp and then toggled back on. Still nothing.
Any recommendations?
I will add that I am able to see the media I have but nothing will play when I tell it to. For instance I have videos that I would like to play. The video shows up but when I hit Play it just spins. When I try to play using Chrome I get this “Please check that the file exists and the necessary drive is mounted.”.
