I am a lifetime Plex Pass subscriber. My understanding is that with the new remote pass as long as I the admin of my server, had an active Plex Pass Subscription, the users I have given access to, wouldn’t be required to pay for the new remote watch pass. This isn’t the case. Am I doing something wrong, is there and issue, did I miss understand?
after the new plex experience did you really expect the rollout of the paywall to go smoothly?
Plex pass is supposed to let your users stream but clearly they broke something. I’d give them some time… I’m sure it will be fixed soon.

i am getting same issue, restarting the server and the pc its installed on did not resolve the issue.
