Ok, updated to the latest server version on my M1 Mac Mini, no remote access, tried all the recommended fixes etc.
Friends machine (who hasn’t updated) working fine.
Where can I access the last version or rollback?
I take it you know that remote access working for your friend on a different doesn’t mean the Plex version is to blame. There’s tons of things that can be changing in the background of your network / your ISP without you even noticing.
Well.
Now. The server states " Not available outside your network
Your server is signed in to Plex, but is not reachable from outside your network."
Yet the Plex app on my phone connects fine via 4G and plays no problem.
If the same server is happily providing a stream to an external client why would it state that?
Your server logs might show what’s going wrong about the remote access status check. From the top of my head… the status check will fail with an IPv6 WAN IP address but certain clients are still capable to connect (mostly the iOS/Apple TV and web clients)
My friend with an Apple TV & Plex App cannot connect, yet I can via an iPhone with the app.?!?!
Anyway, I’ve downloaded the Plex Media Server Logs, what am I looking for?..there’s quite a few docs in there.
Mine has the same issue, shows remote access not available, yet it works. This is a Plex issue, guaranteed. Tbh, Plex is becoming worse and worse with each update, what used to work a year ago is now pure luck.
Tried a VPN last night, just eliminate the ISP. No joy.
So it’s either the server application or Plex themselves.
if you can post your logs tom could look at them. Using a VPN will fail for remote access for various reasons unless you do some manual set up is my understanding.
Still not connecting, tried turning off all firewalls, enabling them, adding filtering/forwardiung rules, and on and on.

The log output has lots of files, which one?
easiest to just zip it all up and post. but at a minimum they want the server logs. make sure to tag tom in your post as well.
