Hello,
I’m having ongoing issues enabling remote access for my plex server. I have followed the trouble shooter diligently but cannot make a difference.
Someones, when in the Remote Access Settings page, I am about to get the green ‘Fully accessible outside your network’ for a few seconds and then it reverts back. This is what I have set up:
Plex server on Qnap:
-Set up manual port forwarding from 32400 -> 32400
-Ensured that QNAP security is allowing all connections
-Set static ip 192.168.1.10
EE Router:
- UpNP enabled
- port forwarding 32400 -> 32400 for IP 192.168.1.10
When I check canyouseeme.org I can access that port fine
I do not have a double NAT issue.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
