Remote access randomly decides to "not be available"

Server Version#: Version 1.18.3.2156

I am new to this sort of thing!

I have been running Plex fine for 1 year on my Windows10 PC.
I run 443 Port forward to 32400 on my router (no UPNP) and I lso because im lazy run a DynDNS service which updates my DNS record everytime my IP changes (because yaaay no static IP)

After Plex version update to the version provided above, my Remote Access “stopped working”

I can confirm that it is not a W10 issue nor is it router issue as those elements have stayed the same throughout.

I am going to restart my router as I think its been a while but I am sure this wont help.

Where can I begin looking at this issue to see what it permanently is?

Restarted my router and it wasn’t the case!

Any assistance and general guidance would be useful!

This support article describes a few things to check (double NAT, CGNAT, port forwarding configuration…) and may be a good place to start troubleshooting:

I forgot to mention sorry

I have followed all of those first before posting, nothing points itself out.
Everything is ruled out also as it was a working setup since plex update and nothing else in the environment has changed!

Where can I obtain the logs, would they help in this case?

Check canyouseeme.org and specify port 443 and check for success when it’s broken.

If it doesn’t show success that means your port forwarding is breaking.
