Issue started around April this year, everything worked perfect prior to that, we’ve tried everything we could think of but can’t figure anything out. Whenever I play a file with something like 8.1 mpbs quality, the server is sending out more than enough but i only receive a steady and constant 2.9-3.2 mbps, and get an unwatchable constant buffer. This goes for both the desktop and web apps. Connection is direct and there are no limits on quality for either side, I have the setting set to 8.1 and the server is sending over 12 mbps, but no matter what we did I only received 3.2 mbps maximum. Server side sees that i should be good and that my connection randomly tanks, my side sees it as a continuous stream of 2.9-3.2 mbps. (Imgur: The magic of the Internet).
