Remote Access says not available but works outside my network

This started today after a power flicker. I have disabled and enabled. Never had any issue with automatic port configuration. If I disable then enable, it will show it enabled for a few seconds then show not available outside my network, HOWEVER I can hit it from a device outside my network with no issue.

FYI, when you connect remotely (even though it says it is down) you get the “Your connection is not fast enough” warning then it all plays fine

I manually created a port forward on the router and that worked but I have had the same router for years and this is new. Very strange.

My Media Server - running on Windows - has done this since day 1.

Two or three releases back with the new “security feature” remote access quit working. Set the server to accept insecure connections, still doesn’t work. Would be nice to get some help on this.
