Remote access works for a few seconds

IT’s very weird, my remote access says " Not available outside your network" but i can access it with the plex app in my phone using the carrier network, also if i specify the port manually it works for a few seconds and then it goes back to " Not available outside your network". I have the port open in my firewall and router in both tcp and udp.

What in the world is going on :frowning:, a few days ago it was all ok and no updates or drivers have changed, This happens on on wifi or Ethernet connection on the PC the server is hosted.
