Ok, so my issue is that sometimes my remote access works and sometimes it doesn’t. It’s hit and miss and it never seems to matter if the server settings show it as accessible or not. Today it happens to show it as not accessible and I can’t get access to it. Last week it showed up as not accessible and I could still reach it from my work computer. In the past I have seen it say that it was accessible but then I still couldn’t reach it remotely. I am not good with the instructions on how to change ports or whatever. When it comes to this stuff my brain just gets all jumbled up. I need some real help from a real person. The lack of one on one support for an app that I pay for monthly is very frustrating and all the topics I’ve seen require me to know more than I do or to understand instructions that don’t seem to work or even make sense to me. I’m honestly just about done with this service as the only reason I pay for it is so that I can reach it from anywhere I want just by entering my username and password.
I don’t even know enough to know what’s wrong. I just know that it won’t work and this is the only place that I’m supposedly able to find help.
