Hello: I setup remote access including port forwarding. Status says Fully accessible outside your network. Downloaded Plex App on my Android phone. When running the Plex App all works as expected so long as my server and phone are on my wifi network. However, if I turn off wifi or try to connect while away I get a message that says Server is Offline
Remote access (away from home) to your Plex Media Server is a Plex Pass member feature and not available to standard members. Also make sure your email is verified if you are a Plex Pass member.
