Remote Access Still hit or miss

Ever since upgrading to the October 16 release, and now the October 30 release, PMS remote access is very hit/miss.

If I bounce the server or disable/enable remote access it will come up for a little bit but then drops out.

I checked the firewall logs and I can see traffic is being passed to it successfully on 32400.

Nothing else has changed on my side so kind of looking to see if this is a wider spread issue?

Same on my side — it worked well in late September but then stopped in October.

When I disable, and re-enable, it turns green, but then immediately flashes back to Red.

I can still access content remotely, but it is an indirect connection which drives me insane.
