I can’t get my Remote Access working. I’ve turned on UPnP in the router settings. I’ve also opened ports in my router and tried connect manually.
In the plex settings, it turns green for 3 seconds and then it turns red again. What am I doing wrong?

This is happening to me also. I updated the PMS on my Synology NAS just yesterday and remote access has just stopped working. It connects for about 3 seconds and then disconnects again. This has got to be a bug in the latest release as I have had remote access working for years now.
Yeah it’s a bug. It will go from “green” to “red” and say remote disconnected but it still works.
