First of all you have two interfaces connected to the same IP Net.
Unless you have a managed switch in from of them, I suggest you unplug eth1

When said, you have setup your music filesystem wrongly, since you have a network share with QNAP network trash enabled, as well as use goodsync on that folder
This means that PMS monitor above folders which it should not
I suggest you in your /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Music folder create yet a folder, and name it like PlexMusic
- Then add that folder to your music library as an additional path
- Move all your music to that folder using QNAP FileStation
- Scan the Library
- Edit the library, and remove the original path from the library, so only the new one remains
