Remote access suddenly not working

Might anyone has some ideas to try for this issue?

My plex server suddenly can’t be accessed remotely a week ago. Works fine inside the network. Settings say that it is accessible remotely.
Nothing changed on my network when it happened.
I’ve installed Media Server on another machine within my network, and it connects remotely with no problems.
I’ve moved ethernet ports, changed fixed IP addresses, changes ports through firewalls, disabled firewalls.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling media server, although I’m not sure all data was cleared.

I managed to completely remove PlexMediaServer, and install fresh. The same problem occurrs where it refuses to be available remotely.
