I had a forwarded port and everything and remote access just decided to stop working yesterday.
It had remote access, and then all of a sudden it didn’t know either IP even though i just went into my router and created a static IP, and it sat there and spooled “connecting server” for a half hour.
This link will show you how to download the server logs.
As an FYI… there is a flaw in the way plex reports remote access, it will default to green NO MATTER WHAT and then once if it figures out that its not working will revert to red. To confirm if everything is setup correctly on your end you can use https://canyouseeme.org, if it fails there something is off. I’d start by checking the port forwarding on your router, local firewalls and anything that could be blocking external access.
Also, I notice you don’t seem to have a plex pass, don’t you need that nowadays to stream remotely ? I could be wrong as I have a pass and have been ignoring the changes from plex in regard to this.
Whatever port you added on your router is the one want to use on the plex remote access configuration screen. If you changed the port on the router then you might need to give it a reboot, really depends on the router but wont’t hurt to restart it.

as far as I know, you only need PlexPass to stream remotely from other people’s servers, not your own.
You can stream music remotely on Plexamp for free, but for many Plex video clients now you need either a Remote Watch Pass or a full Plex Pass. Even for your own server.
I pretty much just can’t figure out why I have to reenable remote access every day, when for the first two weeks it worked non stop without me even changing anything.
