Any other file type works fine so ports are open. Just H265 fail to play.
Was working last time I tried it about 6 weeks ago.
Lifetime Pass so not that (I hope)
Don’t know if it’s settings or Codecs but something not working.
Direct play no issues.
Are you trying to direct play those videos or have you set some different quality for remote playback? If h265 needs transcoding, this might involve more than your Shield can stomach.
[edit: and I just noticed your final remark that direct play doesn’t cause this issue… so this might indeed be linked to the transcoding]
As I said 6 weeks ago no issues, what has changed? Nvidia Shield pro has been fine for 5 years on all codecs.
