I’m having problems remotely accessing a plex media server I have with the iOS client. (PlexAmp client is working fine.) The clients are working fine within the LAN. Yesterday, I switched ISP to AT&T fiber and setup their router with IP Passthrough to my existing router which has port mapping for the server. The mapping was working fine with my former ISP (Comcast cable internet). I would have thought that once I figured out the IP forwarding issue, that the existing router would be just fine with the AT&T modem. (Other services I have are fine: mail,. ssh, vnc, etc.) When I check the ports via canyouseeme.org, all look good.
On the iOS device, I can access the media using the web based app, but not the native client.
Any thoughts on how to debug this? Let me know what log file would be useful to look at.
