Qnap NAS
Plex and my NAS are not communicating. This started after a multiple day power outage. Im currently remote, which is complicating things.
.
1st issue, I cannot log into plex on NAS, this issue may have existed before, and unrelated to power outage. Error msg “this service does not support my qnapcloudlink”.
Since the power outage, I cannot even get to the player., with any device. Plex is indicating no server connection.
I do have access to the NAS, and even updated the Plex server 3 times. Once using qnaps version, and twice using plex’s version.
It’s going to be a couple of months before I can be onsite with NAS. Any advice? Are older versions of the plex server available?
