Plex no longer works on my qnap nas

I’m banging my head against a wall. Everything was working fine, i even had remote access. Suddenly, i lost connection. Now I cannot reclaim my my server and all of the shared folders on my qnap have a caution sign next to them. It also keeps saying an update is available, to install it manually (which Ive already done). When i click the claim server button, it spins for a second, but nothing happens. I tried uninstalling the PMS and re-installing. I tried unplugging the nas. I unplugged the ethernet switch. I reset the router. As a weird aside, i can no longer log into the router, either. I put in the ip, but it just times out. Also, im an idiot when it comes to these things, so please explain what im doing wrong like im 5. Thanks!

I see you just reclaimed a server. Where are you at in the process ?

I did the old turn off and turn on, but i did that with EVERYTHING, including the ethernet switches and it came back up! Now im working on setting up remote access
