Not sure how I lost my access to the Qnap NAS
After updates I started getting the message:
“this service does not support myqnapcloud link”
Not sure where to start looking for solutions

What exactly are you trying to achieve and where are you getting that error message?
You shouldn’t need to use QNAP’s myqnapcloud dynDNS to remotely access your Plex Media Server (e.g. because you’ll have a hard time to establish a client/server communication encryption that way).

I made some progress and was able to connect to my Plex account using the local host web interface, from there I get to the point where I have to reclaim my server, and once I click “Claim Server” nothing seems to happen with the Qnap server. I also have a Windows PC server and I have no problem claiming that one. I am almost sure there is a setting I am not doing correctly.
