Remote access to two servers using on Lifetime Plex Pass - No Soup!

Server Version#: 1.18.4.2171
Player Version#: 4.12.3

Hi all… I think this will be something simple, but hope someone can point me in the right direction.

I have been using Plex Server for a few months now and am, on the whole, quite impressed. Up till now I have been using Plex on a server in my house with live TV and movies. I have let a couple of remote family members have access to my movies - but recently, as I have limited bandwidth at home, I decided to set up a second remote server in our datacentre to host my movies. Simple eh?

So, I uploaded all my movies to the remote server in the datacentre and installed Plex Server. I have two subdomains - plex.mydomain.com which points to my server at home and plex2.mydomain.com which points to my Plex server in the DC. I have forwarded 32400 on both site routers to the Plex servers.

The first time I logged in to plex2.mydomain.com I logged in using my credentials from my Lifetime Plex Pass and it showed my home Plex server and my DC Plex server… it also said that the DC server was unclaimed… so I claimed it!

Since then whether I log in to plex.mydomain.com or plex2.mydomain.com it shows the DC server as visible with the ‘friendly’ name I gave it… but it says " No soup for you! You do not have access to this server".

I deleted the server from the DC and created it again, but still the same (also it didn’t list it as unclaimed).

I am guessing I have missed something fairly simple, but was wondering whether anyone can offer any advice on where to start getting this fixed?

Many thanks.
