Remote access will not work

Remote access is no longer working. I have it set to public port 32400 and when I try to connect it initially connects and then immediately says it is unavailable. Becoming completely frustrated as it as been spotty at best in the past and now nothing. I am using a Orbi router system hooked to a cable modem.
I have downloaded the latest update to my NAS device.

Please edit your post and either format the log entries as preformatted text or upload them as a file. The current format is a completely unreadable mess.

Does that work

That’s much better. However, that file would not contain any details on remote access. Please upload Plex Media Server.log instead or simply provide the entire log .zip-file.

Plex Media Server.1.log (4.1 MB)

As a follow on I went to my router settings and toggled UPNP and now it says that I have remote access however when I try to access remotely it does not find my server.

Couldn’t resolve host ‘plex.tv

What are you using for DNS settings?

Initially dynamic DNS was off, so I switched it on after reading this article but remote access still connects for awhile and then drops off. I am begining to wonder why I pay for plex pass if I cannot even use the functions.

Is there a team member that can review the logs and provide a response. I noticed several other folks are asking the same problem.

This does not look like an issue on Plex’s side. As @pl_5309 already mentioned, your log shows that your server fails to resolve the plex.tv-domain.

Do you happen to know what DNS server your Plex server is using? If not, try searching for “[nas model name] change DNS server” online. That should help you figure it out.
