Remote access fail after 1 seconds on ds218+

Hello,
I’m new in the NAS “community”, and therefore in Plex recently, but I still have good notions of networking thanks to my old courses ^^
Let me explain my problem… Plex works very well the local, the problem is that I tried to activate the remote access and the… No way…
Quickly, my nas is in fixed IP on my router (livebox -> french operator), I configured the dns to have a nice url, and opened the ports of the dms and some other apps on the router and everything is fine…
But, Plex, I allowed the firewall rules, opened port 32400 on the router (which I put in 32 401 externally), and I specified port 32401 on the plex server, but no way…
I confess I don’t really understand, if some of you have already had this problem with a livebox I’m willing to find a solution, and if you need more information don’t hesitate ^^ ^

When I activate the remote access, something weird happens, the access is activated and functional for a few seconds everything is green, then suddenly the error comes back.

The NAS is at my house, and Plex server is installed on it. So the port Forward is only done on Plex & my router, right?

Ok so I changed the access since the return as you asked me, since the NAT/PAT setting as you can see on the picture, and also on Plex, but still the same problem… https://prnt.sc/tmzxq8

As a matter of fact, I updated it yesterday.
The modem is restarted and everything that goes with it, but no message in the parameters
