Updated Plex App on Synology, Now Remote access doesn't work

So, i kept getting a notice to update plex, but wi would download the file and it would tell me that is is not supported. So i went and downloaded a supported version from plex, I am no longer receiving that message, but now Remote Access is no longer functioning.

If i disable it and enable it then it flashed green for a second then goes back to Not Available outside my network.

And even though i am on the same network, all of my media says “inaccessable.” I can go play it from the file location just fine.

Exact same issue here. It has been working for years on my Synology.
Since the update it fails.

No, it is not a double-NAT issue and canyouseeme.org shows success.

And why is Plex trying to check NAT-PMP while I have set a manual port.
WARN - NAT: PMP, got an error: Not Supported by gateway.

Goes from green to red, retry, same story.

Something is clearly broken in this image.

I manually set the port and that fixed the remote access issue. THEN, it said i didn’t have the right permissions to play that file. so i had to go and fix all that.

Long story short, Thank you @trumpy81. your advice got me going in the right direction, but there does seem to be an issue with that update because it was ruining fine for years then one update threw everything out of wack.
