Remote access wont work even when set to DMZ

I cannot get my server’s remote access feature to work. I have set the port forwarding on my AT&T 5286AC to both TCP and UDP on port 32400. I even tried placing the server in the DMZ. When I hit the refresh button for about 2 seconds it gives me the message saying it connected to the outside world but then goes to saying there is no connection. I have port forwarded many things but for some reason this one has me stumped. Any information would be greatly appreciated Jerry H.

I followed the instructions to the letter t to no avail. I went to a site to check to see if the port was open and it is. So I don’t know what the issue is.

I just now set the computer in the DMZ and it still wont connect.

I just went and turned off the servers firewall and that didn’t allow it to connect either.

I have it working.

I have this gateway with AT&T Fiber. Port forwarding or DMZ+ still trigger a relayed playback. I’m starting to think this gateway is just pure garbage.
