I’ve used Plex on and off for a couple of years, but recently I changed providers and I have been unable to get my server to connect. I’ve looked at created an open port on my router (which changed when I switched providers), and nothing works. I’m looking for any advise on how to get this working again.
Go to canyouseeme.org and test your Port once it shows success you should be good.
Who is your provider?
Do you have a public IP on your first device connected to your provider?
Any strange setup or isp modem, router your PC?
ATT is my provider. I believe I have a public IP on my main computer and don’t think there should be anything strange on the router. I even worked with them when this first started. I believe they opened a port, but it still didn’t help.
I also tried canyouseeme.org yesterday and I don’t believe the port is open. Not sure where it’s being blocked.
Do you only have a single machine connected to the internet?

I have the same router as noted in the post below, but I didn’t have any luck. I’m sure I must have made a mistake, but it would be helpful if the figures noted in the document were available.
