So, my situation is as follows: I signed up for Plex Pass so that my girlfriend, who lives far away, can watch my library on her account. The problem is that when she tries to watch using her original IP, none of the episodes load (basically, it keeps loading an episode forever, for example). But when she turns on the VPN, the content loads quickly on the player as if her IP was banned. I’ve tried whitelisting Plex’s IPs on her firewall (https://s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/plex-sidekiq-servers-list/sidekiqIPs.txt), I’ve tried whitelisting her IP on my VPS where I host Plex but nothing either, and finally I also changed her DNS, but in the end it didn’t work either.
I don’t know what to do anymore, can someone help me?
