OMG! Thank you! Not sure why this happened but looking through the registry I noticed that there was a setting called PreferredNetworkInterface. I wondered what that was and after some googling realized that its a setting on the Networks tab of the GUI. It was set to Any but the other option in the drop-down was my new LAN IP address. Changing this to the LAN IP fixed the local indirect connection. It now also shows properly on the Resources.xml page.
Not sure why Any wasn’t working. Also can’t believe I didn’t notice that setting: I looked at the options on that page probably 25 times in the last week.
