My servers are available via plex web and working well. Until recently the various clients were also working well with this same setup for over a year. I only have access to the android logs to diagnose, but i’m seeing various “Network request failed” messages in the logs. Not sure what else to do to diagnose it. Uploading the client logs for some help. If you want some server logs too, happy to provide those too.
The logs show the app didn’t get responses back from any of the servers it tried to access. Not an unauthorized access issue, but silence. This might be a network issue.
If you can try again and provide both the android and server logs for the same time period, there may be something there.
We were having some major packet loss issues on one server, but not sure why it’d affect both, or why plex web wouldn’t be a problem too. It does seem better now?
