Server not available from mobile app

I have a plex server running on my NAS (synology DSM7, latest version of plex).
Everything works fine except remote access from android.
Remote access works fine from plex.tv or from the direct url (using a custom domain plex.xxxx.be).
But from the android app there is no way to play a video. It says that an error occured, please check the connexion (not with those exact words, it’s a translation from another language).

I just bought plex pass to see if it helps but with no luck.
I don’t really know what to check as everything else is working fine and I’m not seeing much info in logs.
Any idea/suggestions ?

I have a reverse proxy between my router and my nas. There is an ssl certificate in place. But I don’t think there is an issue with the network configuration otherwise other remote access wouldn’t works (Am I wrong?).

I’m still not finding any root cause for that. Is it possible that there is an issue with the android app itself? As it works from the Web?

I updated Plex Server on the nas and it solved the issue.
