Port forwarding troubles at&t

Okay so yet another forum for an ATT router (BGW210), I have set the designated port in the firewall settings of router, gave myself a static ip (or as att calls it in the router settings a “private address”), opened the ports in windows 10 firewall and im still getting “unavailable outside of network” error. I’m out of ideas to try, ive done everything from resetting the router to factory settings and doing it all again to uninstalling and reinstalling plex. I have searched the forums and unable to find a solution that works and thus this post is born.

My current thoughts are to either buy a new router that fully supports UPnP and putting the ATT garbage into bridge mode or call att and see if the can forward the port for me somehow?

Post your screen shots of the port forwarding.
Try and browse to canyouseeme.org and test your port forwarding from a PC or phone on the same network as your Plex server can be your Plex server.
Disable any VPN if you have one.
Report back the results.

And of course as soon as i post this I figure it out. Apparently in windows firewall I setup the plex app itself to allow inbound traffic not the plex media server. Derp.
