Hello, Need help, I have been working for a few days on allowing remote access to the plex server. I have the server on Windows 10 desktop. I have followed what I could find on opening ports and creating a static IP address. I have a double NAT problem that I just can not seem to overcome.
Router is a Nighthawk M1 LTE service with AT&T and I have set a DMZ to my tp-link Archer A9 V6.0 router. I did just purchase the tp-link thinking it would help with the problems that I’m having with switching to mobile router LTE for home internet. The tp-link did fix the problem I was having with the M1 having a 20 cap on connected devices. I just can not seem to get Plex remote access to work. When trying remote access it does turn green for a few seconds then goes to red.
In the tp-link UPnP the Plex server does also show up occasionally but then disapears.
I’m stuck.
