Hi everyone,

I am having trouble with Remote Access on my Plex server. The server is correctly registered with Plex, but it is not accessible from outside my home network.

Technical details:

  • My server is running on Windows.

  • In the Plex settings, it says: “Not available outside your network.”

  • As shown in the screenshot, the private IP is correctly detected (192.168.1.94:32400), but the public IP shows port “0” with a red cross.

What I have tried so far:

  • I have searched the forums and tried deleting the cert-v2.p12 certificate file in the Plex cache folder to force it to regenerate, but it had no effect on the issue.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Could it be related to my router configuration or how Docker is set up?
