I never had an issue with remote access to plex. Until I moved and using a different internet provider. I can work out why its not connecting, I have uninstalled and reinstalled plex, spoken to internet provider but they never heard of it, had a look at the router settings. any ideas? its doing my head in
who is your new ISP? maybe someone has them and knows about any quirks.
What router model do you have? describe your network set up

I have a TP-Link Archer C1200. I’m with TPG, its a mid range plan for now, I wasn’t sure when I was going to get the computer at my place but thought I wold try this plan for now and see how it goes with Plex then go to next plan if I needed to for speed. I can connect to 2.4GHz or 5GHz at the moment the computer is connect to 5GHz
Internet Service Provider. I’ve never heard of TPG but maybe someone else has used them.
