Remote Acess always red

Hi all,

I’m currently running my PMS through my Windows 10 computer. I’ve recently noticed that my remote access icon is always red, and even after I disable and enable it again, it still says there’s no remote access. However, if I disconnect from my wifi, I am able to access the server, but the buffer time is fairly significant and it keeps stopping mid video. My family who also have access to my PMS have said the same thing.

I haven’t set any upload speed, and the port number is set to 32400. Would anyone have any idea as to what is going on?

I’ve been having same issues for few days remote access has red tick and says server online but no remote access but it actually does have remote access when you try it

Does it affect the streaming in any way?

Check the help docs I recently got bit by the “xFi Advanced Security” issue

Don’t use Xfinity internet service or comcast so nothing to do with either of those

And mine has worked fine for years and plenty of other people having this issue

No it does’nt effect the streaming just annoying that it shows as offline when it is online and also now makes indirect connection for everyone
