Hi there. Just downloaded the server and the app for my Apple TV yesterday, so they are up to date.

  1. Can’t make my server available outside my network. Already checked firewalls, tried manually specifying port (on the server and on my router), and nothing worked.
  2. Video image on the Plex app is VERY poor because it says I don’t have enough bandwidth for it - limited to 720p.
  3. Yesterday I managed to play a video from my plex library on the Infuse app on Apple TV beautifully, but today I get the same bandwidth limitation messages.
  4. There is no option for increasing the bandwidth under settings>remote access on my plex server, where, according to the internet videos, there should be.
    The way I see it, I’ve ran out of options. What can I do?
