Remote Backup

Good morning,

I have a rather significant plex file (about 4TB and growing) and I am looking at the best way to back it up remotely. Is there a way for me to share it with a relative and have it automatically sync on a NAS that I purchase and leave at his house? This would provide me with redundancy and the security of off site but not the cost of cloud service.

There are plenty of products available on the market to do what you want outside of Plex.

Most Cloud storage solutions allow you to select your own hardware as a “Cloud” provider so you can have your own priovate cloud replication if you want and not pay the big boys.
